An Entourage Movie Might Really Happen… NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
While whispers about a possible big screen version of HBO’s used to be watchable series Entourage have been circumventing Hollywood hot spots for months, show producer Mark Wahlberg confirmed in a recent MTV interview that he very much wants to do a movie.
“I am more focused on making that movie than my own films,” Wahlberg said. “I just think we can make a great movie… I think we’re going to do it.”
The good news is Wahlberg might stop subjecting us to dreck like Max Payne and The Happening. The bad news is there could be an Entourage movie. So, it’s a win-lose type situation.
Do people really still watch Entourage? It was funny and relevant for the first two or three seasons, but now it’s become sorta pathetic. Aren’t Vince and the gang pushing 40? Instead of planning trips to Vegas and hitting on models at Circle Bar, they should be investing their money in mutual funds and settling down with wholesome gals. Oh, never mind. That kinda life is for squares. Vince and his crew of leeches are hip, happening and now. All they need is each other and a out-of-control party in the Hills.
We get it… they’re friends for life… and cooler than the rest of us. Now, can HBO do us all a favor and cancel the fuc*in’ show already?
