When I think about Ugandan action movies, and I do quite a bit, they don’t get any better than Who Killed Captain Alex from the Michael Bay of Uganda, Ramon Film Productions, or RFP to those in the know. It has intense violence, thrilling fight scenes, inventive special effects and a guy dressed as a jockey firing a machine gun. Glorious.

    Gotta say, I think the highlight was the chipmunk doing the narration. Either that or the woman who randomly got shot.
