Can you smell what the Rock is cookin’? It’s burnt rubber. After playing a taxi driver in Race to Witch Mountain and recently being cast in The Fast and the Furious 5, Dwayne Johnson is behind the wheel again in Faster. Oh, guess what his name is in the flick? Driver. Well played Faster screenwriters.
The Driver is an ex-con seeking vengeance on those responsible for his brother’s death. Really? Another dead sibling vengeance tale? Ugh. Billy Bob Thornton is a cop named Cop and there’s something in there about a hitman too. Here’s the teaser trailer. Movie is due for release November 24th.
