Comic-Con 2013 doesn’t get underway until next week, but its presence is already being felt all over San Diego, California. Naturally, among all of the huge titles appearing at the iconic convention. That has some studios weary that their smaller pictures will be lost in the shuffle. Legendary Pictures, the studio behind arguably the the biggest small picture at the convention, the Gareth Edwards re-imagining of Godzilla, is doing all they can to create buzz before the July 20th panel they have set up to promote the film.
As you can see from the picture below (via Coming Soon) Godzilla has already began his worldwide destruction and put a huge gnash in this Southern California building. Its nothing more than artwork and really provides no immediate information on the film, but its a neat little piece that is sure to get a lot of attention come Comic-Con 2013’s opening next Thursday, July 18th and carries on until Sunday July 21st.
Godzilla is set to release in 3-D on May 16th, 2014 and stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn, Ken Watanabe, and Richard T. Jones.
