2013 Toronto International Film Festival announces movies



The Toronto International Film Festival announced the list of titles that will be played during the festival. The Festival runs from September 5th through 15th.

The festival will open on September 5 with the world premiere of The Fifth Estate, the Bill Condon film based on Wikileaks and Julian Assange. DreamWorks Pictures and Reliance Entertainment distributes.

The festival closes with the premiere of Life of Crime, directed by Daniel Schecter. The film is based on Elmore Leonard’s novel, The Switch and the cast includes Jennifer Aniston, John Hawkes, Mos Def, Isla Fisher,
Will Forte, Mark Boone Jr, and Tim Robbins. Hawkes and Def play the same roles that were portrayed by Robert DeNiro and Samuel L. Jackson in Jackie Brown.
