HBO has produced many fine documentaries over the years but one of their crown jewels is the documentary series Hard Knocks which each year takes a trip to a different NFL training camp to chronicle just exactly what goes on when guys are getting back into the grind of football.
This year, HBO saddled up with the Cincinnati Bengals and have been with the team for the past three weeks compiling footage to give fans an exclusive inside look at the guts of an NFL locker room. From guys working out cobwebs to those trying to make the team so they can feed their family’s, Hard Knocks is an amazing behind-the-scenes look at what being an NFL player is really like.
Actor Live Schreiber returns for another season as narrator and provides a soothing Voice of God over the bone crunching action of an NFL training camp. On this week’s episode, the Bengal cut their rosters down to 75 players which means some of the faces we’ve come to know over the past three weeks won’t be there anymore.
