Dallas Cowboys vs. Minnesota Vikings: Live Stream, Start Time, TV Info and More

This week’s slate of games feature a ton of matchups that look great on paper but are actually epic bummers when you start to read into them. One of those games is the Vikings and Cowboys who usually meet up and turn in a spectacle but this week we could see a boring one-sided showdown.

For the Dallas Cowboys, despite a season that has had it’s fair share of disappointments, they’re still leading the NFC East and in the playoff hunt. Now, leading the NFC East is really like being the skinniest kid at fat camp but even an ugly winning season is still a winning season. It’s still too early to call their game against the Vikings an extra bye week, but it’s pretty darn close.

This is because the Vikings are a headless horseman — Adrian Peterson is a beast and is carrying the team on his horse legs but there’s no head on the beast as Minnesota has no quarterback. Matt Cassel isn’t the guy, Joe Webb plays a new position and Josh Freeman is still concussed which means the recently exiled Christian Ponder is the man again.

How the Vikings will perform with Ponder is yet to be seen but Vikings fans don’t have much to be optimistic about. The Cowboys aren’t the best team in the NFL but neither are the Vikings who are one of the worst offenses in the NFL even with Adrian Peterson.
