We have been waiting for news on the new Fantastic Four reboot for months now, and it appears that the cast is finally starting to fill out. After hearing a few weeks ago that actors were officially reading for roles, FOX has reportedly cast major parts in the film and the roles are going to some of the hottest young actors in Hollywood.

According to Jeff Sneider from The WrapFantastic Four has cast Kate Mara from House of Cards in the role of Sue Storm, as well as Jamie Bell in the role of Ben Grimes — aka, The Thing. In addition to those names, The Wrap reports that Miles Teller and Michael B. Jordan have been cast as Reed Richards and Johnny Storm, as expected.

Per The Wrap:

Has 20th Century Fox found its “Fantastic Four?” It sure seems that way, as Hollywood was buzzing Wednesday with the rumor that Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara and Jamie Bell are nearing deals to star in the studio’s reboot of the popular comic book franchise, multiple individuals familiar with the superhero movie have told TheWrap.

This is huge news and exactly what fans were looking for. Hopefully the report will hold up, but it’s looking like Fantastic Four finally has its cast and is set to begin filming this summer.

This is what fans have been waiting for? Jamie Bell (even more than Michael Chiklis) is undersized to play the Thing (unless they’re planning on all CGI), and I would remark on how Miles Teller seems a bit young to play Reed Richards, but they ALL seem too young – with the exception of Michael B. Carter.
