Wicked: For Good's full trailer has landed in Oz, and it has us crying already. (I am not going to make it out of the movie theater in one piece, I'm telling you right now!)
After months of teasers, small clips, posters, and behind-the-scenes previews, we're entering the final promotional push for the film with the release of this trailer. There is also a massive feature to come from Empire Magazine, which is said to be released in full tomorrow.
Wicked: For Good trailer highlights new songs
In the three-minute-long video, we see Cynthia Erivo's Elphaba and Ariana Grande's Glinda pitted against one another as conflict continues to grow within Oz. We get some new moments with Fiyero, The Wizard, and Madame Morrible, as well as some expanded looks at iconic scenes, including the song from which the movie gets its title, "For Good." Marissa Bode's Nessarose quite literally floats on screen in our first look at the character since the conclusion of the previous film. Oh, and a certain Tin Man makes his face known.
The trailer also gives us our first previews of the musical's Act II hits, including "No Good Deed," "Thank Goodness," and "As Long As You're Mine." If you've seen the Broadway musical, then you know we're in for a full-on crying fest with these songs!

According to BroadwayWorld, it has been confirmed that the movie's soundtrack will feature two new songs written by Stephen Schwartz: "No Place Like Home," performed by Cynthia Erivo, and "The Girl In The Bubble," performed by Ariana Grande.
Since its Broadway debut in 2003, Wicked has become a cultural phenomenon. Its themes of friendship, loyalty, and the sometimes blurred lines between good and evil have resonated with fans worldwide, including myself, and this latest trailer only enhances the anticipation for the movie's release.
I've been itching and waiting (most impatiently) for this movie ever since I walked out of the theaters from seeing the first one, and I can't believe we're less than two months away from entering the wonderful world of Oz again! So, if anyone needs me, I'll be poring over this trailer again and again to see if there's anything I've missed and to, you know, cry until I melt.
Directed by Jon M. Chu, Wicked: For Good hits theaters on Friday, Nov. 21.
