Allie Zuniga

Allie is FlickSided’s latest Site Expert, who, while new to the website, isn’t a newcomer to the collective network. She previously wrote for Hidden Remote, HuluWatcher, and NetflixLife between 2018 and 2019, covering topics like The Walking Dead and Marvel. Allie has since expanded her portfolio to include more genres, specifically in cinema. She did so while working with Comic Book Resources, TheThings, and other small publications in between. Allie hopes to learn more from her time as a Site Expert in the pursuit of a writing career.

Fynn Thomas

Fynn is a contributor to Flicksided as well as an independent filmmaker and screenwriter. They have written and directed multiple films. They also worked with blog sites including Medium to craft opinion pieces and top five articles about films and television shows. They have bachelor's degree in screenwriting from Southern New Hampshire University and have won multiple awards for their scripts, including the Lift-Off Audience Choice award in 2023. Outside of writing they play drums for a funk band and watch every A24 movie that hits theater.

Brett Manero

Brett Manero is a teacher, writer, bartender, and videographer who loves writing about movies, history, theology, and travel. He writes as a contributor for Dork Side of the Force and FlickSided at FanSided. He also writes for his personal blog, The Bald Catholic (thebaldcatholic.net). He is an avid fan of good movies, making videos, long hikes, and a good beer. He also loves to travel and play the drums and bass guitar.f

Joel is a contributor to FlickSided where he covers film, and Dork Side of the Force, where he covers anything and everything he can find to talk about related to Star Wars. He has always had a deep interest in the film industry, and film history, though Star Wars holds a special place in his heart. He has previously written about both topics for other pop culture sites including Inside Pulse. When not writing about Star Wars, he's always on the lookout for other long running franchises to get invested in.
