Meet The Team
Allie Zuniga
Allie is FlickSided’s latest Site Expert, who, while new to the website, isn’t a newcomer to the collective network. She previously wrote for Hidden Remote, HuluWatcher, and NetflixLife between 2018 and 2019, covering topics like The Walking Dead and Marvel. Allie has since expanded her portfolio to include more genres, specifically in cinema. She did so while working with Comic Book Resources, TheThings, and other small publications in between. Allie hopes to learn more from her time as a Site Expert in the pursuit of a writing career.
Brett Manero
Brett Manero is a teacher, writer, bartender, and videographer who loves writing about movies, history, theology, and travel. He writes as a contributor for Dork Side of the Force and FlickSided at FanSided. He also writes for his personal blog, The Bald Catholic (thebaldcatholic.net). He is an avid fan of good movies, making videos, long hikes, and a good beer. He also loves to travel and play the drums and bass guitar.f
Joel Leonard
Joel is a contributor to FlickSided where he covers film, and Dork Side of the Force, where he covers anything and everything he can find to talk about related to Star Wars. He has always had a deep interest in the film industry, and film history, though Star Wars holds a special place in his heart. He has previously written about both topics for other pop culture sites including Inside Pulse. When not writing about Star Wars, he's always on the lookout for other long running franchises to get invested in.

Keith is a travel and entertainment writer who has been working in journalism for almost five years. He’s obsessed with venturing around the world, looking for great spots to eat and explore. When he’s not traveling, you can find him enjoying his other love - entertainment. An avid gamer and binge watcher, he’s obsessed with movies (especially sci-fi and horror), TV series, and his Xbox. Matthew Fox
Matthew Fox is a contributor in the FanSided Community who loves sports and entertainment. He's been reviewing films and TV since 2003, and been a part of the FanSided community since 2023. You can find his pieces at Tea and Banter. As a member of the Fantasy Sports Writers Association and the Denver Film Critics Society, you can find him watching the latest NFL games, checking out the latest in films, or binge watching as many new TV series as possible.

Trey Weston
Trey Weston is a site expert for Guilty Eats, specializing in covering all things sports, especially college basketball, movies, music, and food since 2020. A lover of all things food, Trey enjoys trying all the latest food releases at restaurants while always saving room for dessert. The idea of FanSided was born in 2007, when two brothers felt that their favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs, was being under-covered by the mainstream media. Taking matters into their own hands, they launched Arrowhead Addict, a move that would spawn the creation of FanSided in 2009, a network of over 300+ fan-powered unique sports, entertainment and lifestyle sites dedicated to team-specific, sport-specific, genre-specific, and fanbase-specific coverage.
