Millie Bobby Brown has her next Netflix project lined up. The Stranger Things star is set to star alongside The Fabelmans breakout Gabriel LaBelle in the upcoming rom-com Just Picture It.

Directed by Lee Toland Krieger (The Age of Adaline and You) and written by Jesse Lasky (The Late Show with David Letterman), the film will follow two college students whose phones glitch and start showing them their future. This future just happens to show the carefree strangers as a happily married couple with children. Could a phone glitch turn into a great love story, or is this just a mysterious tech glitch?

No other cast has been announced yet, but Just Picture It will be produced by Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum for RK Films and Brown and Robert Brown for PCMA Productions. Also producing are Alyssa Altman for RK Films, Brown’s real-life husband Jake Bongiovi, and Isobel Roberts for PCMA Productions, plus David Kern will executive produce.

Netflix has created a niche for itself with its original romantic comedy films. With movies like Set It Up and The Kissing Booth, the streamer understands the genre and how to appeal to those looking to swoon. Hopefully, Just Picture This will be the perfect addition to their library.

Although Brown is best known for her role as Eleven in Stranger Things, she is a regular for Netflix audiences. Since finding global fame in the supernatural show, Brown has appeared in the Enola Holmes franchise and fantasy adventure Damsel. Her debut novel, Nineteen Steps, is also being adapted into a feature film at Netflix. Just Picture It marks Brown’s seventh collaboration with the streamer and fourth as a producer.

LaBelle found fame playing the young Steven Spielberg in the director’s semi-autobiographical drama The Fabelmans. He followed that role by playing another icon, Lorne Michaels, in Jason Reitman’s Saturday Night, which followed the behind-the-scenes making of the very first episode of SNL.

Brown can next be seen in the upcoming season 5 of Stranger Things, which will air in batches throughout November and December. Enola Holmes 3 also wrapped recently, so expect to see that on Netflix next year.

Just Picture It currently has no release date, but keep an eye on FlickSided for more updates on this upcoming Netflix project.
