Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein teamed up to direct from a screenplay written by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor. The plot centers around a college student named Stefani, who is haunted by a violent recurring nightmare. She returns home to find her grandmother, Iris, the only person who might help break a deadly curse threatening their family.
The Flashstar Kaitlyn Santa Juana plays the main character, Stefani. She is joined in the cast by the late Tony Todd, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, and many others.
